About The Position

The Program Manager leads cross‑functional initiatives that support the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of Cook’s customer‑facing capabilities, with Salesforce serving as the central Business Hub. Partnering closely with a strategic Business Lead, this role is jointly accountable for program success, outcomes, and value realization—ensuring alignment across business objectives, customer experience, and operational execution. As the primary driver of program planning, governance, and execution, the Program Manager collaborates as part of the program leadership team to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives. This role facilitates strong engagement across CRM, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT teams. Success requires strong business acumen, a customer‑centric mindset, and a sense of urgency to deliver measurable business value—balancing strategic intent with operational execution to enable data‑driven solutions that enhance customer intimacy and business performance. This position will need to travel to Bloomington,IN at least 1x per month This position is perferred to be Hybrid, but a remote opportunity will potentially be considered

Requirements

  • B.S. Degree or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background
  • A minimum of 5 years project management experience or leadership capacity handling multiple projects
  • Experience with managing and directing project team members towards a defined objective
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of software tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide a single point of contact for all aspects of the assigned programs and projects, interacting as necessary with team members and stakeholders at all levels of management.
  • Work with key stakeholders in the divisions, entities and functions to define full program scope and lead the operational planning for assigned the projects at a program level.
  • Establish meeting agendas, facilitate team discussions, and drive clear and timely team actions and decisions.
  • Multi-project coordination.
  • Pro-actively addresses barriers and risks to program progress, keeping leadership informed of critical considerations.
  • Lead and facilitate team discussion and documentation of new information, including pros, cons, and risks.
  • Ensure that program deliverables are achieved on or ahead of schedule, within budget, and with quality that meets or exceeds business needs.
  • Work with project teams and leadership to aggregate and synthesize program KPIs and organizational metrics.
  • Manages scheduled and ad-hoc program status reporting
  • Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
  • Expert in listening and understanding what motivates team members and stakeholders to establish and maintain engagement and support.
  • Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
