About The Position

The Program Manager will coordinate the delivery of products to external customers, monitoring the product from initial acceptance of the order through delivery. This role involves interfacing with customers on technical and strategic matters, managing day-to-day activities within customer service, and implementing program policies. The Program Manager will also develop business and technical requirements encompassing service, technology, and operational needs, and perform complex administrative duties requiring oversight, attention to detail, and analysis. The role requires independent work with minimal supervision, and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Solid understanding of Copy Exact violation procedures
Knowledge of the company’s policies, practices and procedures with the ability to work within parameters
Solid knowledge of products and services required
Strong project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MRP, Oracle and Agile systems
Solid MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery of product to external customer
Monitor product from initial acceptance of order through delivery of product from customer site
Interface with customer on technical and strategic matters relating to the delivery of product to include planning/scheduling requirements
Manage day-to-day activities and functions within customer service
Implement program policies, procedures and standards
Develop business and technical requirements that encompass Service, Technology and Operational needs all in one
Perform complex administrative duties requiring oversight, attention to detail and analysis
Work independently with minimal supervision
Other duties may be assigned.
