About The Position
Credo is seeking a self-driven Program Manager to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. This individual will manage multiple high-speed Serdes projects to ensure they align effectively with the company’s mission and the program’s goals.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor project management.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor development cycles and processes.
- Demonstration of good strategy execution, organization, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of ISO audit experience.
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- IC engineering or management background.
- Experience in high-speed SerDes for Ethernet and Optical.
