The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing significant technical, operational, non-technical, and/or intelligence-related programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. This individual serves as the primary customer interface and provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction across assigned programs and project teams. The Program Manager will oversee operational execution, customer engagement, contract performance, personnel management, and program growth initiatives while supporting mission-critical operations within government-contractor environments. This role also contributes to business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, supporting capture activities, and assisting with long-term strategic planning. As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.
