About The Position

The Program Manager (PM) role within Compliance Platform Strategy is crucial in enabling Corporate Services Technology (CST) to continuously modernize, consolidate and digitize technology solutions and provide an enhanced user experience to Fidelity associates! The PM will analyze complex business components to identify operational, financial, technological or improvement opportunities. The PM serves as a leader and liaison between cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of experience.
Ability to analyze and document business processes and complex test cases.
Shown experience in creating and analyzing workflows.
Strong ability to partner and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Solid track record to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work independently, and deliver timely results.
Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business components to identify operational, financial, technological or improvement opportunities.
Serve as a leader and liaison between cross-functional teams.
Gather requirements, create process flows, drive in-depth end-user testing, collect feedback and incorporate recommendations into future requirements releases.
Ensure solutions meet the business needs and requirements, while maintaining relationships with various partners.
Update, implement and maintain processes and procedures.
Gather information from meetings with partners and produce informative reports.
Develop and deliver clear and concise written and verbal communications.
Deliver presentations to share ideas and insights.
