We're based in Columbus, with offices in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Akron, Portsmouth, Toledo, and Dayton. For small business clients in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, we serve a one-stop resource center. ECDI is looking for a Program Manager for our Cleveland Women’s Business Center The Program Manager will support the success of ECDI’s Women’s Business Centers (WBC) by managing programs, coordinating projects, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver training and services to entrepreneurs. This role’s primary focus will be supporting the Cleveland WBC, while also contributing to statewide WBC initiatives as needed. Responsibilities include executing key programs such as the Professional Advisory Network (PAN), the WBC Annual Event, monthly New Member Orientation workshops, and bi-monthly ECDI information sessions. The Program Manager will also support staff training, assist with grant-related program outcomes and reporting, and contribute to statewide WBC training and program implementation. This position is a hybrid role that will split time in-office and in-person with clients with the flexibility to work from home part of the time, as determined by manager and business needs. The starting annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Candidates for this position must be located in the Cleveland area.
