About The Position

The Program Manager VI in the manufacturing industry is responsible for leading and overseeing complex, large-scale programs that drive strategic business objectives and operational excellence. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 13 years of program or project management experience within the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of managing large, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with program management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Ability to travel domestically as required.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex manufacturing programs from initiation through completion.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed program schedules, budgets, and resource plans, adjusting as necessary to address changes or challenges.
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance data and implementing best practices.
Facilitate risk management processes, including identification, assessment, and mitigation of program risks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the program lifecycle.
Mentor and develop junior program managers and team members to build organizational capability.
