Interacts primarily within a single business, market, or function to coordinate program activities and manage stakeholder relationships effectively and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation. Implements detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, to ensure successful program execution by anticipating challenges and proactively addressing them. Monitors program performance using established KPIs such as schedule and cost variance, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues promptly to keep the program on track and within budget. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that all program deliverables are integrated and aligned with broader organizational objectives and strategic goals, fostering a unified approach to achieving targets.
