About The Position

The Outpatient Program Manager (Associate-Fully Licensed Therapist) is responsible for managing the Bacon program and its staff. This role involves managing and directing the clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. The Program Manager will oversee program policies related to participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations, as well as supervise, plan, and evaluate the work activities of assigned staff. The position also aids in the implementation of business strategy through analytical review of SPQM data, ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and workflows, and provides clinical services and crisis assessments, including backfilling for staff on leave.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences.
• Fully licensed to provide counseling services in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, etc.) preferred, but associate license accepted (LMSW, LAPC etc.).
• Prior supervisory experience.

• Ability to establish program goals, strategies, and priorities.
• Clinical skills (Advanced).

Responsibilities
