Program Manager/ Associate-Fully Licensed Therapist - Charlton BH
About The Position
Responsible for managing the Charlton program and its staff. Manages and directs the clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. Oversee the program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations. Supervise, plan, and evaluate work activities of assigned staff. Aids in implementation of business strategy from analytical review of SPQM data. Ensures all policies, procedures, and workflows are followed on a day-to-day basis. Provides clinical services and crisis assessments along as opportunities to backfill when staff is on leave.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences.
- Fully licensed to provide counseling services in Georgia (LCSW, LPC, etc.) preferred, but associate license accepted (LMSW, LAPC etc.).
- Prior supervisory experience.
