About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced process optimization professional to join our Talent Acquisition Enablement team. The Program Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Process Excellence, is responsible for building a strategic and standardized TA model in collaboration with BAYADA’s Talent Acquisition leaders. This role supports Talent Acquisition service delivery teams by optimizing processes and procedures. The Program Manager will partner across TA to drive improvements in talent acquisition capabilities at BAYADA. Such initiatives may relate to business process improvements, capability & skillset development, technology deployments, or anything else that helps recruiters be more successful and drive organizational maturity. Succeeding in this role requires applying a core set of consulting skills, business relationship management, problem-solving, and process improvement. Prior experience in process optimization, project management, or program management is required. This position requires the ability to operate independently, develop solutions to complex problems, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Four (4) year college degree.
  • Five (5) years in process standardization and/or project management.
  • Possesses effective project management skills, including the ability to facilitate and organize.
  • Knowledge of process standardization modeling.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Effective communication skills and knowledge, with the ability to synthesize data, best practices, and process standards while memorializing and training a large group.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several priority/key projects at once.
  • Adaptable, able to work through ambiguity and navigate shifting priorities.
  • Solution-oriented and willing to take ownership to improve processes.
  • Demonstrates detail-oriented attitude, intrinsic motivation, and a sense of urgency aligned with timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
  • Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures.
  • In coordination with leadership, build TA standard operating procedures and service level agreements to support quality outcomes and a positive return on the Talent Acquisition model.
  • Build and tactically own all process documentation for BAYADA TA teams, as well as foster clear communication on adherence to said processes via training and support.
  • Build and own key trainings across the TA system to promote growth and standardization. Conceptualize, build, and implement key content for the department’s optimization and standardization as “One Team”.
  • Apply thoughtful approaches to problem-solving, consider multiple alternatives, weigh tradeoffs, and facilitate stakeholder input, buy-in, and commitment. Demonstrated ability to develop & present recommendations to influence decision making.
  • Conduct initiatives with project management discipline, managing project resources (internal and external), timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Challenge the status quo and develop recommendations based on research into industry best practices, logic, data, and examples.
  • Monitor stakeholder feedback (TA, candidate, and business) to identify, develop, and implement process enhancements to improve TA service delivery.
  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
