About The Position

A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Health Sciences (ATSU-ASHS) is seeking an nonexempt Program Manager for Speech Language Pathology on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position is to manage day-to-day operations of the SLP program. The program manager will support students from application through graduation, coordinate records control, and administrative activities. This individual is the main point of contact with SLP students and faculty. Management of students applications, acceptance, information systems, and data management. Support and in charge of assessment and data management for accreditation in compliance with standards. Responsible for purchasing for conferences, travel, exhibit at conferences. Functions of this job includes to contribute to overall accomplishment of program objectives, support faculty, clinical advisors, and research advisors with their duties. Task include working with Course schedules, room booking, courses schedules, curriculum guide, program guide and program/clinical education handbooks, annual accreditation report, course syllabi, equipment invoices, faculty travel requests, student recruitment and admissions documents and website updates.

  • Excellent computer skills required to set up document formats in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Adobe, Canvas and any other software program required by the position.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including document editing, in-person, phone and correspondence.
