Coordinate and oversee assigned contracts and services within Goodwills Shared Living Provider program. This role involves promoting the benefits of Shared Living services, recruiting high-quality sub-contractors, and ensuring they meet setting and training requirements. The Program Manager will actively participate in Individual Support Plan (ISP) development, monitor service delivery and documentation, and conduct monthly home visits. Immediate action is required to correct service gaps and documentation errors. The role also includes maintaining records using case management software, fulfilling Rights Committee and Advisory Committee responsibilities, and monitoring billing and budget performance to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
