About The Position

Lead the Air Force’s cloud program as our designated Program Manager, a key personnel role under the contract’s Performance Work Statement. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and own full accountability for program performance, schedule, and cost across a cross-functional team of cloud engineers, security architects, site reliability engineers, and Security Operations Center (SOC) analysts supporting a mission-critical multi-cloud platform. You’ll apply leading-edge program management principles, mentor and supervise both company and technical staff, and operate with substantial latitude for independent decision-making. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large, multi-disciplinary technical or IT managed-services programs, including full accountability for program cost, schedule, and performance
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact for a government customer, including CORs and COs, on a DoD or federal IT services contract
  • Experience managing government reporting and deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, In-Process Reviews, and CDRLs, and SLAs on a cloud or IT operations and maintenance contract
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning cloud engineering, cybersecurity or RMF, DevSecOps, and SOC functions
  • Knowledge of establishing and documenting repeatable programmatic and technical processes to achieve scale
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification

  • Experience with Air Force acquisition processes such as AF PEO digital, cloud, or C3I&N, or the Defense Acquisition Life Cycle
  • Knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle
  • Master’s degree
