About The Position

Andworx is seeking a high-energy Senior Program Manager (Delivery) to lead multiple federal IT programs, own outcomes, and grow client relationships. You will drive planning and execution across complex, multi-team efforts, mentor 4–7 technical staff per program, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and Andworx leadership. Your work will translate successful delivery into organic growth while advancing the Andworx mission to modernize how organizations work.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience leading technical teams and supervising/mentoring staff.
  • Experience in Federal Government contracting with working knowledge of FAR and acquisition processes.
  • Proven P&L or program financial ownership with demonstrated account growth and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track record coordinating concurrent workstreams to successful delivery.
  • Experience creating roadmaps and project plans with technical team input; aligning teams and delivering against the plan while adapting to evolving needs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—distill ambiguity into actionable tasks and resilient plans.
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative—drives momentum toward objectives and milestones.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP);
  • Experience with or general understanding of Microsoft cloud services.
  • Experience with software development, low code development, or data analytics programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program delivery across schedule, scope, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Government Contracting Officers (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR), and procurement analysts; ensure timely execution of procurement and administrative activities.
  • Stand up and run lightweight program operating rhythms (status, risks, decisions) with crisp reporting to clients and Andworx leadership.
  • Hire, onboard, coach, and develop program personnel; conduct regular 1:1s, career conversations, feedback cycles, and annual reviews.
  • Connect engineers and analysts to mentors and communities of practice; foster learning, reuse, and delivery excellence.
  • Lead multi-program planning: translate strategy into roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; course-correct as needed.
  • Champion continuous improvement—simplify processes, remove blockers, and standardize proven practices across programs.
