The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing cross-functional teams and aligning them to strategic objectives, with strong experience in executive stakeholder engagement. The role also demands strategic delivery and ROI accountability, including expertise in business case development and financial target achievement. Payments expertise, including understanding of payments ecosystems, tokenization, and regulatory compliance, is crucial. Additionally, strong command of program governance frameworks, risk management, and exceptional change leadership and communication skills are essential for driving adoption and building stakeholder trust.

- Expertise in business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ability to prioritize investments and optimize resources for maximum business impact.
- Understanding of payments ecosystems, merchant acquiring, settlement, tokenization and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with modern platform technologies (API-driven architecture, cloud migration, microservices).
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong command of program governance frameworks (e.g. Agile).
- Proven ability to manage risk and regulatory requirements, in a highly regulated industry.
- Skilled in vendor and third-party management.
- Exceptional change management skills to drive adoption across global teams.
- Ability to craft and deliver clear communication strategies for senior leadership and operational teams.
- Experience in building stakeholder trust and maintaining transparency throughout program lifecycle.
