About The Position

The Relay Product Excellence (RPE) team is seeking a Program Manager to support and evolve the programmatic infrastructure for their fast-paced investigation and analytics operations. This role will focus on the Team Growth and Development pillar, designing, launching, and scaling programs to enhance employee satisfaction, professional development, recognition, and team culture. The position requires a programmatic approach to talent retention and high performance, working closely with a senior program leader to establish intentional development, consistent recognition, and measurable engagement. The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of growth and development programs, from identifying needs through data and feedback to designing initiatives, measuring outcomes, and iterating. This includes development programs, mentorship frameworks, recognition mechanisms, satisfaction surveying, and engagement initiatives. Collaboration with RPE stakeholders is key to ensure program alignment with organizational priorities, scalability, and measurable impact on retention, satisfaction, and team health. The role demands program management rigor applied to people-focused work, treating culture and development with the same structured execution as operational initiatives.
