About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential facilities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing QIDP duties, overseeing personnel functions, and ensuring the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and supplies. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related human service field
Minimum of 3-5 years full-time professional experience with persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities
Minimum 2 years of supervision experience
Experienced in the dynamics of individual and group behavior
Ability to collect data, recall facts, develop, analyze, evaluate, and recommend
State of Illinois QIDP required
Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of residential facilities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Perform QIDP duties
Oversee personnel functions and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and supplies
Implement general responsibilities
Must have supervisory experience
Drives vehicles transporting persons served to and from facilities.
Lifts items and boxes
