Program Manager – Product Resilience
About The Position
The Program Manager – Product Resilience is responsible for establishing and driving the strategic vision for product and supply chain resilience across the aerospace business. This leader will oversee a team of Product Resilience Project Managers and analysts, ensuring critical products, suppliers, and manufacturing capabilities are protected against disruptions while supporting business growth and customer commitments. This role requires an experienced leader capable of partnering with executive leadership, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, and Program Management teams to identify enterprise risks, prioritize mitigation efforts, and drive transformational initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven decision-making to improve supply continuity, operational performance, and organizational resilience while communicating business impacts and recommendations to executive leadership.
