About The Position

Team Carney is seeking a high-performing, experienced Program Manager / Lead Liaison to support a key federal client and the comprehensive modernization of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) training curriculum. The role serves as the primary point of contact for USPTO, manages a strict three-month schedule across parallel teams, and coordinates availability and reviews with USPTO subject matter experts. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the DC/MD/VA area, and is contingent on contract award.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, project management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading federal training/eLearning contracts.
• Proven track record managing multi-team Agile or rapid-development workflows.
• Experience managing a portfolio of more than 120 course-revision projects.
• Experience working in a government contracting environment.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification preferred.
• Recent USPTO and patent program experience preferred.
