About The Position

The Program Liaison supports the success, consistency, and quality of CodeCampus programs across multiple school sites within an assigned district or region. The role connects instructors, school partners, and internal teams to help ensure programs are delivered effectively and meet CodeCampus standards. The Program Liaison monitors program quality, supports instructor performance, maintains relationships with school staff, reviews timecards, and provides operational support, including substituting as a last resort when needed. The role also provides coaching, addresses disciplinary matters, and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Conduct classroom observations to assess instruction and student engagement, and support the program lead with performance observations.
Monitor program implementation for alignment with CodeCampus curriculum and standards; identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Coach and support instructors, provide actionable feedback, assist with classroom management and curriculum challenges, and address performance concerns and disciplinary matters in line with company policies.
Support onboarding and development of new instructors and serve as a local resource across multiple sites.
Review and approve instructor timecards, resolve discrepancies and missed submissions, and reinforce timekeeping and professionalism expectations.
Build relationships with school site staff and partners, and communicate program updates, needs, and concerns with Operations and school stakeholders.
Ensure programs meet site-specific expectations while upholding CodeCampus standards.
Identify coverage needs, coordinate solutions, and substitute only when necessary to maintain program continuity; provide classroom support, including co-leading sessions, when needed.
Maintain familiarity with assigned sites to provide seamless support.
Ensure materials, classroom setup, and program flow meet expectations; identify and communicate operational challenges and partner with internal teams on solutions.
