About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for customers, residents, and staff within the outpatient therapy setting. The position is located in Georgetown, TX, within a lovely community setting that includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient services. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious.
Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Provide the best patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
