It is a steppingstone to management roles, allowing the individual to gain management experience without direct supervision responsibilities. The role involves administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab, but not managing people. Requirements
- Graduate from Therapy program
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
