About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their Outpatient setting at Lincoln Village Senior Living in Port Washington, WI. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN positions. The Program Manager will work with higher functioning residents in an assisted living, independent living, or outpatient setting. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, skilled at developing relationships, and ambitious, offering the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the primary contact for customers, residents, and staff.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
Current CPR certification
