About The Position

Aegis Therapies is seeking a customer-focused, relationship-driven, and ambitious Program Manager for their Outpatient rehabilitation program at The Oaks at Brownsburg. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors in a lovely community setting, working with higher functioning residents. The Program Manager will act as the "go to person" for customers, residents, and staff, developing leadership skills while providing rehabilitation services. Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
Current CPR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
Provide rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
