Program Manager Operations Analyst - Ford Racing
About The Position
Ford Racing is looking for someone who works comfortably across strategy, finance, and team operations. As the Lead Analyst for Program Management Operations & Profitability, you'll help keep the department's strategic and operational health on track across our entire production vehicle lineup, from the Raptor family to our Ford Racing Mustangs. You'll own our profitability (TVM) initiatives, manage our engineering budgets, and rebuild the processes behind how the PM team works day to day. Working closely with the PM leadership team and our other internal functions, you'll anchor our executive and program reporting cadence and lead the development operational strategies that shape our decisions. This role suits someone with strong business acumen who is comfortable operating without a detailed playbook and wants to build the operational foundation behind some of the highest-performance products in Ford's portfolio.
