About The Position

The Program Manager of Private Duty at EHM Senior Solutions is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the private duty services. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in home care, senior care, private duty or healthcare operations.
• Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with budget management and financial planning in a healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations pertaining to senior care and private duty services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff towards achieving organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to improve service delivery.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the private duty program's services and reach.
• Lead and manage a team of caregivers and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
