Every time a customer clicks "Buy Now," a network of decisions determines how fast, how affordably, and how sustainably that order arrives. This role owns the forecasting and modeling that powers those decisions. As a Program Manager on the Canada Supply Chain & Transportation team, you will own fulfillment flow planning and network modeling for Amazon's entire Canadian operation, both domestic and cross-border. Your forecasts determine where inventory is placed, how orders are routed, and where Amazon invests in new fulfillment capacity. This work sits at the heart of Amazon's flywheel: smarter inventory placement shortens shipping distances, which accelerates delivery speed and reduces costs, attracting more customers and more selection, which drives further investment in the network. You will build and publish forecasts across operational, annual, 3-year, and peak planning cycles. You will model the impact of new fulfillment center launches on cost, speed, and sustainability. And you will partner with engineering teams to define requirements for inventory placement systems that make the network smarter over time. This is a high-autonomy role where your analysis directly shapes strategy and your business cases determine what gets built next.
