We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee our cloud migration, transformation, and data center consolidation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT projects, with a focus on cloud technologies and data center operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on cloud migrations, transformation, and data center consolidations.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with data center operations, including infrastructure management, network design, and security.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to data center operations and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Oversee data center consolidation and migration initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders to minimize downtime and ensure seamless transitions.
Develop and implement transformation strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud migrations and data center consolidations.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
