About The Position

Quince is seeking a highly analytical, technical, and operationally minded Program Manager, Materials Planning to support material procurement and sourcing across its global manufacturing and supplier network. The role helps ensure alignment between sourcing strategies, production capabilities, and operational goals. The ideal candidate has a foundation in supply chain concepts, works collaboratively, and is eager to grow into greater ownership and impact. In the first year, the role is expected to support a material in-stock rate above 95%, maintain optimal weeks of supply, improve lead-time accuracy above 90%, and partner across teams to improve forecast accuracy above 80%.

Requirements

Foundational understanding of supply chain concepts, including procurement, inventory management, sourcing, and manufacturing operations.
Experience or comfort working with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Support material procurement and sourcing activities across Quince’s manufacturing and supply base.
Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to align sourcing strategies with production capacity and operational priorities.
Evaluate supplier performance across quality, reliability, and operational metrics, and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, and Sourcing teams to support execution, decision-making, and performance visibility.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, supplier performance, and overall value creation.
Support reporting and analytics to inform procurement decisions and operational performance.
