We are building a Market, Customer & Competitive Insights (MCCI) function to sharpen our strategic decision-making, commercial execution, and long-term growth. As we scale rapidly across geographies and product categories, our ability to understand and anticipate market forces, customer needs, and competitive moves will define our success. The MCCI function will be structured around three core pillars: Market Insights – Market sizing, trends, growth forecasting, adjacencies analysis, trends analysis, and strategic shifts Customer Insights – Establishing best practices in VOC (Voice of Customer) + JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) Mapping, Customer Satisfaction + Feedback definition, Segmentation reviews, 3rd party research management Competitive Intelligence – Competitor monitoring, RMS (Relative Market Share) definitions, differentiation analysis, and positioning inputs This role is focused on building and leading the Market Insights pillar as the first hire in the MCCI team and will work closely with strategic and commercial stakeholders while influencing the development of the broader MCCI structure.
