About The Position

Serves as the on-site program integration leader and single point of client accountability for large-scale, multi-contract integrated energy campus programs. Holds dotted-line authority over Business Unit (BU) Site Managers across multiple operating companies executing simultaneously on campus, directing sequencing, scope interfaces, and cross-BU resolution to ensure campus-level alignment on schedule, scope, cost, and quality across the full project lifecycle from NOI through warranty. Provides central integration management across generation, transmission, storage, gas, and data center infrastructure, ensuring alignment between independently executed scopes while enabling Business Units to deliver their work effectively. Leads portfolio-level coordination across multi-disciplinary teams, driving contract negotiations, engineering early work, sequencing strategies, and supply chain execution. Enforces Standard Work Instructions and Quality Programs, drives process utilization, safety, and risk management across all campus scopes, and upholds company values throughout program execution. Manages campus-level activities across all scopes and contracts within the assigned integrated energy campus. Owns on-site integration across all EPC scopes – monitoring interface points, documenting and driving resolution of cross-contract issues in the field, and escalating to leadership when needed. Develops stakeholder engagement strategies and builds strong relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives. Serves as the on-site point of coordination for commercial strategy alignment across all campus contracts, including contract structures, risk allocation, and delivery models. Oversees identification, analysis, documentation, and lifecycle management of requirements across multiple projects, ensuring final deliverables meet strategic and technical expectations. Sets program- and portfolio-level risk strategies, manages escalated risks, and establishes recovery plans across multiple projects. Supports negotiation, prioritization, and deployment of budgets across the campus. Holds dotted-line accountability over Site Managers across all Business Units and scopes within the campus; Fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. Drives innovation and contributes to internal initiatives, committees, and cross-functional improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering; or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
  • 7 or more years of experience managing large-scale, multi-contract, multi-technology programs with significant integration complexity; experience in energy infrastructure, complex industrial projects.
  • 5 or more years in leadership roles; experience managing large, complex, multi-technology programs with significant integration challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with energy infrastructure, power generation, or campus-scale development strongly preferred.
  • BTM/behind-the-meter campus delivery experience a plus.
