The Program Manager, Learning Operations serves as the owner of the learning intake framework, governance model, and supporting tools that enable consistent and scalable management of training demand across QXO. The role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and overseeing the intake process and decision framework that guides how work is assessed and routed based on complexity, priority, and capacity. This role does not directly determine outcomes, but ensures that the system, criteria, and workflows are functioning effectively, consistently, and transparently. This role brings structure, visibility, and execution discipline across both instructional design and content production. In addition, it plays a key role in supporting M&A integration by translating acquired learning content, systems, and programs into structured execution plans aligned with enterprise standards.
