About The Position

The Program Manager, Learning & Development at Sloan Human Resources is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning, leadership, and talent development strategy that aligns with Sloan's strategic priorities, future workforce needs, and organizational values. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating programs focused on learning, leadership, management, career development, and onboarding to enhance organizational capability and leadership effectiveness. The position will also develop career frameworks, assessment strategies, coaching resources, and AI-enabled learning initiatives to support employee growth and future workforce capabilities. Additionally, the Program Manager will lead talent management, succession planning, internal mobility, and rotational development programs to build talent pipelines and expand career opportunities. Collaboration with HR Business Partners, Community Engagement, Sloan Technology Services, leaders, and other stakeholders is crucial for developing integrated talent solutions that promote continuous learning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of seven years related experience in consulting and training
  • Experience applying talent management, change management, organizational design and workforce planning principles in large, complex organization
  • Demonstrated ability to assess organizational culture and create and implement appropriate interventions
  • Experience developing and implementing learning and development strategies
  • Designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver impactful learning solutions
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach to accomplish work and the ability to influence cross-functionally through a consultative methodology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to establish rapport and credibility with a wide range of constituencies in a culturally diverse environment
