About The Position

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Learning, Development, and Engagement team supports enterprise-wide learning experiences, employee engagement initiatives, and inclusive leadership development efforts that foster organizational culture, workforce engagement, and mission impact. The DEI Learning & Engagement Consultant will support the Senior Director of DEI Learning, Development, and Engagement and broader team in the design, development, facilitation, coordination, and delivery of learning and engagement initiatives. This temporary program manager role will provide instructional, operational, facilitation, and production support for enterprise training, Employee Engagement Group (EEG) programming, leadership development experiences, and internal engagement communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: Associate Degree
  • Proficient knowledge of adult learning theory, professional development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, program design, instructional design and evaluation methodology /practice and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience supporting learning and development, training coordination, employee engagement, communications, or DEI-related initiatives.
  • Strong written communication, presentation development, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting virtual meetings, webinars, or event production.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting collaborative team initiatives.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience facilitating or co-facilitating training, workshops, webinars, or group learning experiences preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint and intranet platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), virtual learning environments, webinar platforms and digital learning tools preferred.
  • Experience with desktop publishing, content formatting, or internal communications platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, facilitation, and coordination of DEI and leadership development training and learning experiences
  • Co-facilitate and support delivery of enterprise training, workshops, EEG programming, and engagement sessions.
  • Assist in creating and editing facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations, toolkits, and engagement resources.
  • Provide virtual production and logistical support for Employee Engagement Group (EEG) calls, enterprise training, workshops, and engagement events.
  • Support meeting and training production activities including agendas, run-of-show documents, presenter coordination, technology checks, and event execution.
  • Assist with desktop publishing and internal communications updates through ACS Connects and other internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with the DEI Learning & Development team to support culturally responsive and population-specific learning initiatives.
  • Assist with evaluation, tracking, and organization of learning materials, resources, and program feedback.
  • Support development and organization of engagement toolkits, resource libraries, and enterprise learning assets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support engagement and learning priorities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for learning and engagement initiatives as needed.
  • Provide other related duties and special projects as assigned.
