About The Position

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program Manager to lead the day-to-day performance and growth of a client. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact to the Program Management Office (PMO) and lead the management, operations, compliance and growth of the contracting vehicle. You'll coordinate sales, contracts, catalog pricing, operations, and supplier teams to deliver accurate product and labor quotes, compliant orders, and responsive service to federal customers. In addition, you will develop competitive intelligence, market assessments, customer assessments, and strategic planning efforts in support of expanding opportunity portfolios and pipeline. You will leverage established relationships in the federal acquisition environment and combine federal contract management expertise with a practical understanding of technology products and services. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience working with the federal agencies
  • 10+ years of experience leading Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contracts and developing contract vehicle strategies leveraging best-in-class (BIC) contracts
  • 8+ years of experience in business development with acquisition centers supporting the federal government, including lead generation through proposal development
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with federal contracting organizations and industry partners
  • Experience with successful execution of all phases of a large and multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, market, or competitive and price-to-win analyses
  • Ability to travel regionally or to Booz Allen HQ up to 50% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP certification
  • U.S. citizenship is required
