About The Position

As a DoD acquisition management professional, you’ll work closely with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in architecting and establishing essential acquisition requirements for mission success. We’re looking for someone like you to lead a team of experts and be a liaison to the government. This is an opportunity to directly influence and impact on our country’s defense acquisition and contracts process. You’ll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll lead meaningful acquisition support. You will work directly with clients in an integrated, multi-functional team to develop new systems or modify existing systems. You will focus on the full lifecycle of programs from initial concept design through development, test, and fielding. You will be responsible for identifying project risks, assessing quantitative data, developing presentations and dashboards to communicate program status, supporting management of program budgets, developing and track detailed schedules, monitoring and managing scope change, assessing risk and developing mitigation plans, and managing stakeholder communications. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with acquisition reporting, program management, and DoD contracting and budgetary processes
  • 12+ years of experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) pathways, DoDI 5000 series, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Experience working in a Program Management Office (PMO) and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
  • Experience working independently developing products for internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience interpreting requirements and developing solutions
  • Experience synthesizing inputs, drafting presentations, and briefing senior government leaders
  • Experience using Microsoft 365
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
