As an authority in the cyber account, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale DoD cyber programs across multiple Impact Level (IL) environments
  • Experience leading teams, including managing resources and deliverables, or overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the team
  • Experience capturing technical and operational capabilities and translating them into clear, compliant proposals and deliverables
  • Ability to perform process mapping and analyze processes for efficiencies
  • Ability to manage schedules and tasks for implementations, deployments, and operations
  • Ability to confidently interact with senior leadership
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, or 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in lieu of degree
  • Ability to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification within 90 days of hire date
  • DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with visualization platforms, including Tableau, Qlik, and Power BI
  • Experience with project artifacts and documentation, including project plans, milestone charts, or project roadmaps
  • Experience managing subcontractor and vendor relationships
  • Knowledge of Identity, Credential, and Access Management principles
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent leadership skills
  • PMP Certification
