The Learning & Inclusion Office of EEO & Workplace Culture team is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Employee Resource Group Program Manager to lead and support female union employees in field roles and the Women in Non-Traditional Careers (WINC) Employee Resource Group. This Program Manager role will play a critical role in advancing equity, inclusion, and workplace culture for female union employees in field roles. Required Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in project management, with demonstrated success leading initiatives in equity, inclusion, and workplace culture, employee engagement, or employee resource group (ERG) program management.
