Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating updates to learning programs, aligning with maintenance schedules and evolving business needs
  • Authoring and refining learning content, utilizing tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, WalkMe, and Microsoft 365
  • Collaborating with Design teams on best practices, standards, and creative assets for consistent learning experiences
  • Leading enhancements of learning products to align with organizational goals, performance metrics, and skill requirements
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings to collect feedback on learning assets and communicate project updates effectively
  • Managing project design initiatives, outlining visions and milestones to deliver impactful learning solutions on time and budget
  • Curating tailored learning experiences with Engagement partners to address unique business challenges and learner needs
  • Monitoring trends in learning methodologies, instructional design, and project management to maintain cutting-edge expertise
  • Designing evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on performance metrics
  • Advocating for the integration of advanced learning technologies to improve training delivery and learner engagement
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
