About The Position

WWT is seeking a Program Management Support / Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) resource to provide cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and program management to support the Air Force Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP). This initiative surrounds the alignment of all Air Force systems in the Air Force Information Network (AFIN). The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to government leadership, ensuring systems remain compliant with Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force cybersecurity policies while supporting program execution, reporting, and operational readiness. This role requires a blend of cybersecurity expertise, stakeholder coordination, compliance management, and program execution support in a fast-paced federal environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience supporting DoD or federal cybersecurity and/or program management efforts.
8140 DCWF 511/801
8570 IAT II Certification
Experience with DoD RMF processes and cybersecurity compliance activities.
Familiarity with NIST 800-53
Familiarity with eMASS
Familiarity with ACAS
Familiarity with STIG implementation
Familiarity with Continuous Monitoring practices
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience supporting executive briefings and cross-functional coordination.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance minimum.
This is a full-time direct hire position and you must currently have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance or above.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting Air Force programs or weapon systems.
CISSP, Security+, CAP, PMP, or similar certifications.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud security environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, Platform One, etc.).
Experience supporting classified environments and mission systems.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle for assigned systems.
Develop, review, and maintain cybersecurity documentation including: System Security Plans (SSPs), POA&Ms, Security Control Traceability Matrices (SCTMs), Configuration Management Plans, Incident Response documentation.
Coordinate and support system assessments, audits, and Authorizations to Operate (ATOs).
Ensure compliance with: DoD 8570/8140 requirements, NIST 800-53 security controls, Air Force cybersecurity directives and policies.
Monitor vulnerability management activities and track remediation efforts.
Coordinate with system administrators, engineers, ISSMs, and government stakeholders to resolve cybersecurity findings.
Support continuous monitoring activities and cybersecurity reporting requirements.
Participate in cybersecurity working groups, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Provide day-to-day program management and operational support to government program managers.
Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
Prepare executive-level briefings, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.
Coordinate meetings, integrated product teams (IPTs), and stakeholder engagements.
Assist with risk management, issue tracking, and process improvement initiatives.
Support contract deliverable tracking and reporting activities.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and external mission partners.
