About The Position

The Program Manager, Investigations & Compliance Monitoring will investigate cross-border concerns and manage our compliance monitoring framework. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can navigate complex, sensitive investigations across multiple jurisdictions while building and maintaining a proactive compliance monitoring framework that identifies and mitigates risk. You will serve as a key partner to senior leadership on investigation outcomes, compliance trends, and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in internal investigations or compliance, typically gained through 5+ years of progressive experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of compliance monitoring methodologies and risk-based program design
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into actionable recommendations for non-legal audiences
  • Ability to prioritize and advance multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment with a focus on meeting key deadlines

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CPA, or JD) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-border internal investigations involving fraud, workplace security concerns, theft (including time theft), and related misconduct
  • Develop and maintain investigation protocols, including intake, scoping, evidence collection and preservation, witness interviews, root cause analysis, and reporting
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, forensic accountants, and other third-party advisors as needed
  • Prepare clear, well-organized investigation reports with findings and conclusions for senior leadership
  • Track investigation metrics and trends to identify systemic issues and inform compliance program improvements; ensure investigations are conducted in compliance with local legal requirements across all relevant jurisdictions, including data privacy, employment law, and privilege considerations
  • Design, implement, and oversee the company's compliance monitoring program, including the development of monitoring plans, testing procedures, and reporting cadences
  • Identify key risk areas and develop targeted monitoring activities aligned with the company's risk profile and regulatory obligations
  • Analyze monitoring results to detect control gaps, policy violations, and emerging risk trends
  • Report monitoring findings and recommendations to the Associate General Counsel and relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with Finance, People, and business units to ensure alignment between compliance monitoring and broader assurance activities, and continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the compliance monitoring program
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials informed by investigation and monitoring insights
  • Stay current on global regulatory developments related to anti-corruption, fraud, and corporate investigations; support the broader Compliance, Policy & Regulatory Affairs function on initiatives as needed
