Support the coordination of timelines, deliverables, and open actions across departments. Participate in team meetings and customer calls; capture and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet). Track part readiness, build events, engineering changes, and key customer milestones. Help maintain internal documentation, risk registers, and action logs. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support issue resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function.
