As a Program Manager in Industrial & Energy, you’ll lead a portfolio of projects across Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining, and Utility/Power Generation —industries where reliability is non-negotiable and delivery timelines matter. You’ll manage a portfolio of projects while leading a team and coordinating across multiple facilities, ensuring we deliver consistently, predictably, and without surprises. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 8+ years managing complex projects in industrial or energy environments
  • Experience leading teams or programs
  • PMP certification required
  • Strong operational leadership and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Oil & Gas, Marine, Mining, or Power Generation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio execution across industrial and energy sectors
  • Leadership and development of Project Managers and Coordinators
  • Cross-site coordination and capacity alignment
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Visibility into timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments
  • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations across multiple sites
  • Align execution plans with capacity and capability across facilities
  • Drive communication to proactively manage risks and constraints
  • Ensure alignment between field execution, manufacturing, and customer expectations
