We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced Program Manager to join our MQ-9 Training Systems team in Poway, CA. This Program Manager performs the role of the Manager of MQ-9 Training Systems which includes both customer and internally funded projects. This supervisory position is responsible for the team which develops and produces GA-ASI’s training devices – centered on the SkyGuardian Mission Trainer. Duties include developing SOW requirements, Program Budget Allocation, Sales Order/PR Approval, Financial Management, Cost Reports, LOC/LOF Letters, Program Management Plan and Revenue forecasts. The Team’s responsibilities include coordination, funding and management of contract efforts with Software, Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Inter-Division, Finance, Cost Reporting, subcontractors and GA-ASI Test/Flight Centers. Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet budget, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. Able to direct and manage all aspects of an assigned project. As the Training Products Manager, the position is the key communication point with the Customer, preparing both written and oral communications, on program status, objectives and issue resolution. May accomplish tasks through subordinate staff and/or management.
