About The Position

Acquisition Professionals (AP) LLC is seeking a Program Manager III to provide program management, administrative, analytics, acquisition, and financial advisory and assistance support for existing and planned programs, with a focus on Strategic Explorations and Special Programs. This role requires a Top Secret Security Clearance and a Letter of Commitment. The Program Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate operations, manage daily operations, and plan resource utilization. They will maintain awareness of the full program portfolio, including budgets, performers, seedlings, SBIR/STTR, and Congressional efforts, and prepare inputs for program plans, quarterly reviews, and budget documentation. A key responsibility is ensuring program activities remain within technical, schedule, and cost baselines, and participating in Program Reviews to ensure materials are ready.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Six (6) years of experience providing regulatory compliance and approval of all contract-related expenses.
  • Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating the work activity of all personnel involved in all aspects of the contract, and to integrate problem resolution in the ongoing work without loss of fiscal integrity and workforce efficiency.
  • At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity in planning, developing, and executing major research and development efforts for defense organizations.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and executing effective plans for overall contract management, contract administration, security, training, and quality assurance.
  • TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
  • Letter of Commitment required
