About The Position

The Program Manager III will be responsible for developing and implementing operational capabilities to support new business needs. This role involves designing and optimizing operational processes to reduce costs through performance efficiencies, and creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability. The Program Manager III will also develop field tools and dashboards to support execution and track key metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on shared projects across WWR&R teams. Additionally, they will create dashboards and track success metrics to measure program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Chain and Operations Management, Program or Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • One year of experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • One year of experience in Excel (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, and data cleansing, array formulas).
  • One year of experience in strategy development, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • One year of experience analyzing data and driving improvements.
  • Up to 25% domestic and international travel may be required.
