About The Position

The Program Manager III drives strategic supply chain and operations initiatives, independently leading programs in ambiguous environments. The role manages cross-functional stakeholders and builds scalable processes and systems. It owns and optimizes the non-payroll budget and headcount metrics, uses data to improve efficiency, and applies expertise in headcount processes. The Program Manager independently executes process improvements and partners with Finance to quantify return on investment for strategic projects. Managing schedules and mitigating risks are essential to delivering critical initiatives. Google's Devices & Services team combines AI, software, and hardware to develop technologies and products that improve users' interactions with computing. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in supply chain operations.
Experience in global operations strategy.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Expertise in headcount processes.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives for supply chain and operations organizations to build scalable processes, tools, capabilities, and systems.

Support logistics and systems organizations in headcount, Opex, business strategy, and related areas.
Manage and optimize the non-payroll budget and headcount metrics, leveraging data to improve efficiency.
