About The Position

This position is primarily coordinating and managing patient-centered and population health-based research projects for the Dean of the Wake Forest University School of Medicine's research program under the Director of Research for the Dean's research program. Oversees IRBs and regulatory requirements, supervises the work of project staff to ensure the quality of service, and oversees onboarding and training. Creates and maintains MOPs/SOPs and project timelines, schedules and leads meetings, and creates meeting agendas and minutes. Serves as the main contact with research study participants, assists with qualitative interviews, and oversees payments to research study participants. Monitors project budgets, collects and analyzes data to evaluate the effectiveness of the projects in meeting key objectives and milestones, and develops reports summarizing project activities and required by funding agencies/sponsors. Ensures that all work is in compliance with applicable standards and regulations set forth by the institution and funding agency/sponsor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ or more years of experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, administration and supervisory experience
