About The Position

Amazon One Medical (AOM) is seeking a talented Program Manager to support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with respect to Health System Partners (HSPs). This role involves owning processes and procedures related to the implementation, maintenance, and escalations for new and existing HSPs. The Program Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the revenue cycle process with HSPs and other external partners, keeping internal teams informed of updates and developments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience with revenue cycle management

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Knowledge of general AI tools
  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

Responsibilities

  • Be a financial healthcare subject matter expert and develop a strong understanding of the mechanics of Amazon One Medical’s partnerships: including health systems health plans, enterprise clients, new launches
  • Organize meetings both internally and externally with our HSPs; ensure all information is up to date in our tracking system
  • Approve new launches (system and client partnerships) with the appropriate RCM requirements
  • Track HSP-defined KPIs through analysis of complex data sets and work with team leaders to ensure that AOM is meeting agreed-upon SLAs
  • Coordinate with key functional areas (operations, product development, marketing, legal etc) to ensure project plans are on track
  • Collaborate with the revenue cycle operations to eliminate defects that impact HSP performance
  • Contribute to the improvement of standard work and processes for all revenue cycle partnership-related functions, including flows
  • Monitor and manage the centralized support team inbox, adhering to internal SLAs and commitments
